Transient House Rules

Our home is your home. Kindly read the House Rules and Standard Procedure of Transient House. Booking with us indicates your agreement to the details found herein.

Check-In & Check-Out Time

• Standard check in time 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (check in will not be allowed beyond 9:00 pm)
• Check out time is until 11:00 am
• Early Check-In & late Check-Out is strictly subject to availability and charges may apply.

Guest must give Php 500 cash as security deposit upon checking in.

Payment method
- Through our booking engine and OTA’s only.
- Cash and other payments through staff members are not allowed.
- Refund of payment is not allowed after booking.

General

• Lost keys shall be charged Php 200.00 for key card.
• Smoking in the entire property is not allowed. A fine of Php 1000.00 will be charged
• Each damage, loss, stain to rooms, mattresses, pillows, beddings, linens, towels and others will result in a charge of Php 500.00
• Sending of deposit refund is only through cash or bank deposit, depending on availability, transaction fees if any will be for the account of the guest.
• Our units are not sound and odor proof. Bad to the senses (smell, hearing, sight) are strictly prohibited in transient room.
• Bringing of alcohol, drugs & carrying deadly weapon are strictly prohibited inside the premises of this transient.
• Please take care of your personal belongings and do not leave your valuables unattended. The management will not be liable for any loss or damages on your personal belongings.
• Visitors are not allowed inside the transient premises.
• Cooking is not allowed.
• No Pets Allowed.
• Babies and children with ages under 12 years are not allowed.
• A standard inspection of the rented unit will be done before check out.
• The management will not be liable for injury, sickness and death.
• Guests are only allowed to bring into the unit up to two hand carry luggages. Other or bigger luggages than this will not be allowed entry to the property. We do not have storage facilities.
